Prayer Declarations Over My Children

Prayer Declarations Over My Children

1. Declaration of Divine Ownership

I declare that my children belong to God. They are not accidents but divine gifts from the Lord. I dedicate them fully to God’s purpose, and no power of darkness shall snatch them away. They will grow in the fear of the Lord and live to fulfill His will upon their lives.

1 Samuel 1:27–28 – “For this child I prayed; and the Lord has granted me my petition… therefore I have lent him to the Lord.”

 Confession:

Father, I thank You for trusting me with these children. I surrender them into Your hands. May Your purpose prevail in their lives, and may Your name be glorified through them.

 2. Declaration of Protection

I declare divine protection over my children. No evil shall befall them; no accident, sickness, or misfortune shall come near their dwelling. The Lord is their refuge and fortress. Angels are assigned to guard them wherever they go — in school, at home, and in every journey.

Psalm 91:11–12 – “For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”

 Confession:

My children are hidden under the shadow of the Almighty. The blood of Jesus covers them day and night. Evil eyes will not see them, and evil hands will not touch them.

 3. Declaration of Wisdom and Excellence

I declare that my children are filled with wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. They will excel in their studies, careers, and every assignment of life. The Spirit of God grants them insight and creativity beyond their years. They will not be confused or distracted but will stand out in excellence.

Daniel 1:17, 20 – “God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom… and in all matters of wisdom and understanding, they were ten times better.”

 Confession:

My children have the mind of Christ. They are disciplined, intelligent, and teachable. They will be solution-givers and leaders wherever they go.

 4. Declaration of Godly Character

I declare that my children walk in integrity, purity, and humility. They will not be influenced by the world or peer pressure but will live to please God. They will be known for kindness, honesty, and compassion. Their words and actions will reflect the character of Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 22:6 – “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.”

 Confession:

My children will not be rebellious. They are lovers of truth, peace, and righteousness. The Word of God shapes their thinking and directs their steps daily.

5. Declaration of Destiny and Purpose

I declare that my children will fulfill their divine destiny. They will not live in confusion or miss their calling. Every gift and potential within them will manifest. They are arrows in the hand of God, destined to bring light and transformation to their generation.

Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a future and a hope.”

 Confession:

My children will not wander aimlessly. They will rise to their God-ordained positions and influence nations for Christ. Their lives will be a testimony of divine direction and impact.

 6. Declaration of Health and Strength

I declare divine health over my children. No sickness, disease, or weakness shall take hold of their bodies. They are covered by the blood of Jesus, and the healing power of God flows through them. They shall grow strong in body, mind, and spirit.

3 John 1:2 – “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”

Confession:

Every form of sickness or inherited disease is broken in Jesus’ name. My children are healthy, vibrant, and full of life. The joy of the Lord is their strength daily.

7. Declaration of Favor and Open Doors

I declare that my children walk in divine favor. Wherever they go, the favor of God will speak for them. They will be accepted, preferred, and remembered for good. God will connect them with destiny helpers who will open doors for their progress and elevation.

Psalm 5:12 – “For You, Lord, will bless the righteous; with favor You will surround him as with a shield.”

 Confession:

My children will not struggle to be seen or recognized. Divine favor distinguishes them, and their steps are ordered into greatness.

 8. Declaration of Victory and Deliverance

I declare that my children are victorious over every work of darkness. No curse, spell, or negative pattern will prevail over them. They are delivered from bad company, premature death, addiction, and every generational bondage. They belong to Jesus, and the mark of God is upon them.

Isaiah 54:17 – “No weapon formed against you shall prosper…”

 Confession:

My children will not be victims; they are victors in Christ Jesus. Every evil plan against their lives is overturned, and the plans of God will stand forever.

 9. Declaration of Peace and Joy

I declare that peace reigns in the hearts and minds of my children. They will not live in fear, anxiety, or depression. The joy of the Lord will be their portion daily. Their lives will radiate peace and confidence because they trust in God.

Philippians 4:7 – “And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

 Confession:

My children sleep in peace, wake in joy, and live in confidence. The Holy Spirit comforts them and guides them in every situation.

 10. Declaration of Salvation and Eternal Life

I declare that my children will know and serve the Lord all their days. None of them will be lost to the world or the enemy. They will love Jesus, walk in faith, and live as witnesses of His grace. Salvation, righteousness, and holiness will be their portion forever.

Isaiah 54:13 – “All your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children.”

 Confession:

My children are born of the Spirit, filled with the Word, and led by God. They will not depart from the truth but will shine as lights in a dark world.

 Prophetic Closing Declaration

In the mighty name of Jesus, I decree that my children are blessed, favored, and preserved. Their future is bright, their path shines brighter each day, and their lives will glorify God. Generations after them will rise and call them blessed. Every evil plan concerning them is overturned, and the counsel of the Lord shall stand forever.

They are for signs and wonders — and through them, the name of the Lord will be exalted across nations.

Isaiah 8:18 – “Behold, I and the children whom the Lord has given me are for signs and for wonders…”
