Prayer Declarations for Salvation
Prayer Declarations for Salvation
1. Declaration of a New Beginning in Christ
I declare that I am a new creation in Christ Jesus. The old life of sin, guilt, and condemnation is gone, and all things have become new. My past no longer defines me — I am washed, forgiven, and made whole by the blood of Jesus.
2 Corinthians 5:17 – “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
Confession:
Father, thank You for making me a new creation. I walk in newness of life, free from every chain of my past. My heart and mind are renewed daily through Your Word.
2. Declaration of Freedom from Sin and Bondage
I declare that sin no longer has dominion over me. The power of darkness is broken, and I now live under the grace of God. I refuse to go back to the old ways; I am empowered by the Holy Spirit to walk in righteousness.
Romans 6:14 – “For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.”
Confession:
Lord, I thank You for victory over sin. My flesh is subdued, and my spirit is strengthened by Your Word. I live daily in holiness and obedience to Your will.
3. Declaration of the Power of the Cross
I declare that the cross of Christ has destroyed the works of the devil in my life. The blood of Jesus speaks better things for me — mercy instead of judgment, freedom instead of bondage.
Colossians 2:14–15 – “Having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us… He disarmed the powers and authorities and made a public spectacle of them.”
Confession:
Father, thank You for the victory of the cross. Every accusation, curse, and bondage is canceled. I walk in the liberty Christ purchased for me.
4. Declaration of a Renewed Mind
I declare that my mind is renewed by the Word of God. I no longer think, act, or live according to the world’s pattern. I have the mind of Christ — filled with truth, peace, and wisdom.
Romans 12:2 – “Be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Confession:
Lord, renew my thoughts daily. Let Your truth shape my actions, and let my life reflect Your image to the world.
5. Declaration of Household Salvation
I declare that salvation will not stop with me — it will extend to my family. My household belongs to Jesus Christ. Every member of my family shall know the Lord, serve Him, and walk in His ways.
Acts 16:31 – “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”
Confession:
Father, let Your saving grace visit every member of my family. Break every chain of unbelief and rebellion. Let our home be filled with Your presence and peace.
6. Declaration of Evangelistic Boldness
I declare that I am a vessel of salvation to others. I am not ashamed of the Gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation. Through my words, lifestyle, and love, others will see Christ and be drawn to Him.
Romans 1:16 – “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth.”
Confession:
Lord, make me a light to the world. Use me to bring salvation to my generation. Let my life preach louder than my words.
7. Declaration of Deliverance and Transformation
I declare that I have been delivered from the kingdom of darkness and transferred into the Kingdom of God’s dear Son. My life is now governed by the Spirit of truth, not by fear or sin.
Colossians 1:13–14 – “He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love.”
Confession:
Father, I thank You that I belong to You. The enemy has no claim over me. My life reflects Your light and power in every way.
8. Declaration of Eternal Security
I declare that my salvation is secure in Christ. Nothing can separate me from the love of God — not trials, persecution, or hardship. I am engraved in the palms of His hands.
John 10:28–29 – “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.”
Confession:
Thank You, Lord, that I am safe in Your arms. My faith will not fail, and I will remain steadfast until the day of Christ.
9. Declaration of Joy in Salvation
I declare that the joy of my salvation is overflowing. Depression, guilt, and fear are replaced with gladness, praise, and thanksgiving. I will rejoice always because I am redeemed by grace.
Psalm 51:12 – “Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.”
Confession:
Father, let my heart overflow with joy daily. May my life radiate gratitude for the salvation I’ve received.
10. Declaration of Global Salvation Revival
I declare that nations shall turn to Christ. The gospel will spread with power and signs following. Every barrier to salvation is broken, and the glory of the Lord shall fill the earth as the waters cover the sea.
Habakkuk 2:14 – “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”
Confession:
Lord, send revival to the nations. Use me as an instrument in Your harvest. Let multitudes come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through Your Spirit’s power.
Prophetic Closing Declaration
I decree and declare that the power of salvation is at work in me and through me. My life is a testimony of grace, my family a reflection of redemption, and my generation a witness of God’s transforming power. I am saved, sanctified, and sent to bring others to Christ.
Romans 10:9–10 – “If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
