 SERMON TITLE: "JOSHUA WAS NOBODY UNTIL HE MET MOSES


GOD WILL SEND YOU A DESTINY HELPER!"

Main Text: Exodus 24:13, Deuteronomy 34:9

“Now Joshua, son of Nun, was filled with the spirit of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands on him. So the Israelites listened to him and did what the Lord had commanded Moses.”

 

Introduction: Destiny Helpers Are Divine Connectors

Brothers and sisters, today I have come with a prophetic word for someone who feels stuck, overlooked, or forgotten. The Lord sent me to tell you:

 

1.      You are not forgotten! God is about to send you a destiny helper!

2.      Your next level is connected to someone God has assigned to lift you!

3.       Joshua was a nobody until he met Moses. Without Moses, Joshua would have remained unknown.

Many of us are praying for breakthroughs, but breakthroughs don’t just happen, God sends people to open doors for you!

Joseph needed Pharaoh’s butler to recommend him. David needed Samuel to anoint him. Esther needed Mordecai to guide her. Joshua needed Moses to mentor him.

You need someone! And I prophesy today: Your destiny helper is coming!

 

I. JOSHUA WAS A NOBODY UNTIL HE MET MOSES A. BEFORE MOSES, JOSHUA WAS JUST ANOTHER ISRAELITE

Before Joshua was known as the mighty warrior of Israel, he was just an ordinary man.

He had no title. He had no reputation. He had no influence.

But one encounter with Moses changed everything!

1.      One connection can rewrite your story.

2.      One introduction can change your status.

3.      One divine helper can shift your destiny overnight.

 

Some of you are one meeting away from your breakthrough! God is about to connect you to the right people!

 

B. MOSES SAW SOMETHING IN JOSHUA THAT OTHERS DID NOT

 

In Exodus 17:9, Moses handpicked Joshua to lead the battle against the Amalekites.

Moses had thousands of men to choose from, but he saw something in Joshua. Joshua was unknown, but Moses called him out.

 

1.      Destiny helpers see in you what others overlook!

2.      They introduce you to places where your name has not yet been mentioned!

3.      They push you into your assignment before you even realize your potential!

 

Who is your Moses? Who is the person God has assigned to lift you?

Your Moses might be your pastor, your boss, a mentor, or even a stranger. Your Moses is the one who sees your gift and calls it forth!

 

1.      I prophesy that your Moses is about to locate you!

2.      God is sending someone to recognize your potential and bring you to the palace!

 

II. GOD USES DESTINY HELPERS TO SHIFT YOU INTO PURPOSE A. YOU WILL NEVER FULFILL DESTINY ALONE

 

No one fulfills destiny alone. Even Jesus needed John the Baptist to announce Him.

Elisha needed Elijah. Timothy needed Paul. Ruth needed Naomi. Joshua needed Moses.

 

Your promotion is hidden in a relationship.

Your breakthrough is hidden in a divine connection.

 

Some of you have been struggling because you have not met the right person yet. But I declare:

1.      Your divine connection is coming!

2.      Your destiny helper is on the way!

 

B. WHEN YOU WALK WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE, YOU CATCH THEIR ANOINTING

 

In Numbers 27:18-20, God told Moses to lay hands on Joshua, transferring his authority.

After that encounter, Joshua was no longer the same. He started walking in power and wisdom.

 

·         Who you walk with determines what you carry!

·         Your environment determines your anointing!

 

1.      If you walk with visionaries, you become a visionary.

2.      If you walk with warriors, you become a warrior.

3.      If you walk with successful people, success follows you.

 

God is about to shift your circle!

You are about to connect with people that will take you higher!

 

III. JOSHUA’S DESTINY WAS UNLOCKED THROUGH HIS SERVICE TO MOSES A. SERVICE POSITIONS YOU FOR PROMOTION

 

Many people want elevation, but they don’t want to serve.

Joshua was faithful to Moses before he ever became a leader. He followed, listened, and obeyed instructions. He did not force his way into leadership he was lifted through service.

 

1.      Humility attracts destiny helpers.

2.      Faithfulness opens doors you didn’t even knock on.

3.      When you serve well, God will elevate you!

 

Stop chasing positions—start serving faithfully, and the right people will notice you!

 

B. GOD WILL CONNECT YOU TO PEOPLE WHO HOLD YOUR NEXT LEVEL

 

Some of you are frustrated because you are working hard, but nothing is moving. The missing piece is a divine connection!

The butler introduced Joseph to Pharaoh. Boaz connected Ruth to her destiny. Moses prepared Joshua to lead Israel.

 

1.      Who has God assigned to introduce you to your next level?

2.      You will not miss your divine connection!

3.      Your name is about to be mentioned in the right places!

4.      Someone is about to call you for an opportunity that will change your life!

 

IV. How to Position Yourself for Divine Connections A. Stay Faithful Where You Are Joshua served Moses for years before he became a leader. David served in the wilderness before he became a king. Joseph served in prison before he entered the palace.

 

Stop rushing your process—faithfulness is the key to favor.

 

B. Be Prepared for the Opportunity When Joseph met Pharaoh, he was ready to interpret dreams. When David met Goliath, he was ready to fight. When Joshua was called to lead, he was ready to take charge.

 

·         Opportunities will come suddenly—be prepared!

·         God is about to position you for favor—don’t miss your moment!

 

V. Prophetic Declaration: Your Destiny Helper Is Coming!

 

Today, I prophesy over your life:

·         God is raising someone to speak on your behalf!

·         God is sending a mentor, a helper, a divine connection!

·         Your Moses is about to locate you!

·         You will not struggle alone—your destiny helper is on the way!

 

Shout: "Lord, send my destiny helper!"

 

VI. ALTAR CALL: RECEIVE DIVINE CONNECTIONS!

 

If you are tired of struggling alone, if you are praying for a destiny helper, come forward!

Lift your hands and cry out: "Lord, send my destiny helper!" Declare: "I am ready for divine connections!" Pray: "Every helper assigned to my life—locate me now!"

Because after today, your Joshua will meet his Moses, and your story will change forever!

 

Somebody shout: “MY DESTINY HELPER IS COMING!”
